One of the best "cheap" wines. This one from DO Tarragona, sold (exclusive?) by Lidl and described by Anthony Worrall Thompson this way: "For those with a passion for fiery reds, look no further than Baturrica's Tarragona. This Bučinel Pinot gris was not very good. Something was wrong - is 2002 already too late to drink it. or was it just not stored right? We did not enjoy it in Rival fish market.

Terase (40 % Sauvignon, 30 % Šipon, 15 % Chardonnay, 15 % Italian Riesling) by Jeruzalem Ormož Yellow Label. Served to us in Allegria. Very good. The wine has a pleasant bouquet with Sauvignon and Šipon prevailing. In its flavour it is elegant with emphasised fruitiness and freshness.

Red Zweigelt from Anton Bauer was served to us in Limes in Vienna.

Shining ruby with shimmering crimson; in the nose cherry fruit with berry undertones, fine aroma; on the palate multi-layered – a vegetable touch joins the young berry fruit to add additional fine spice: ripe, with extract sweetness coated tannin; tones of Mon Cheri and chocolate finish the expressive range of flavors.
