"Merlot had been macerated for 15 days, Cabernet Sauvignon for 18 and Cabernet Franc 13 days. After the maceration, the wines were decanted into French barriques. They matured separately “sur lie” for 12 months and were stirred weekly. This was followed by assemblage and a 15-month maturation in barriques (Cabernet Sauvignon in new barriques, Cabernet Franc in one-year old barriques and a half of the Merlot in new barriques and the other half in one-year old barriques)." - as per Wine Cellar Goriška Brda.
