Chianti 2009 Barbanera, Tuscany, Italy
Barbanera Chianti - strong nose, but unlike Ščurek you wait forever for the strong after effect. Not coming.
Ščurek Chardonnay 2008, Medana - Brda, Slovenia
Ščurek Chardonnay 2008 from Medana - Brda. Enjoyed in a private setting with gastarbeiter friend now living and working in Basel, Switzerland, missing nose a bit, strong after taste.

Carmenere 2009, Casillero del Diablo, Chile
Carmenere, Chilean "native" sort - after disappearing from Medoc, France. Lesser known son of the Devil's Cellar family, yet leaves no doubt which family he belongs to. Chilean finest. Try them all. Over and over.

Soldo, Biancho & Rosso Secco, Italy
Soldo, with an eye on Russian market. Mild to dull. White a tad more refreshing, yet both too light. Served in lounge in Sheremetyevo. No special treatment.
